Group Novel #1

            The book is so far boring. Nothing has happened he is just retelling his past. Garnet seems like a werid kid. I think he has a disorder like A.D.D because he can never focus. I also think he just might not care about school. I think his mom should let him do what he wants with his life instead of what she wants. She wants him to be a university student when he wants to do what he loves. Making cabinets. I think his mom is a little to pushy on the subject of school. I am wondering why this girl Garnet likes is never at school. I hope this book gets better because right now it is really boring.

#8 Most Dangerous Game

          Zaroff was a weird man. He lost his fun of hunting but that was all that he knew so he moved on to people which he thought were fun to hunt. I don't really think that it is all that gruesome. He was just looking for fun and happen to think hunting people was fun. I think he kind of crossed the line.

#7 The Lunch Date

         I think she brought home the knowledge of changing her thoughts about other people. She was in a time where white people didn't like black people and she found out that black people are just like white. Some are even more genorous like in the movie he shared his salad with him even though it was his. So he triumphs or rewards was knowledge.

Cue for Treason #21-25

                     I have read all of Cue for Treason and it has been a great book. I loved the ending where Peter and Kit get married and have kids. It was a overall good story but not the best book Ive read. I really liked the Virgin Mine chapter. The band of actors played for the queen which I thought was really cool. The thing i found funny was that a little boy just did one thing wrong by throwing a rock and a year and some later he went from a normal life to being chased down and ended up playing for the queen and through all that he got what he wanted in the first place. His common lands back. So in the end he got what he wanted even though it took him forever.

Cue for Treason #16-20

                     I am really liking this book. I keep reading page after page waiting for the next part. I think the book is getting close to the climax but it kind of got boring at the start of chapter 19 but it will get better. It must have took a lot for Peter to make it all the way home. I am surprised he made it all the way back without passing out from exhaustion. People don't recognize how much that would of taken and how many people wouldn't make it. I can't wait to read on about their journey to London in search of Sir Robert. I hope the book has a good ending.

Cue for Treason #11-15

                   I didn't like this part in the book wasn't all that good at this part. I found it funny how Peter gave the play away and they had to go through some much to get it back. When they found the bad poem I spent at least 30 minutes trying to find the little hint but I stopped trying and kept reading on. When they said it i went back and thought how did I miss that. Its strange they let a boy in the secret service of the queen. I hate when there are cliffhangers. I wonder if Tom is still alive or if they killed him. I also wonder if we will see more of the Yellow Gentleman or if we will find out his name. I guess I will have to keep reading to find out.

Cue for Treason #6-10

            This book is getting very good. There are many more characters and I'm already getting confused. I found it funny how Kit was holding a knife to him and now they are friends. I think Kit is not who he seems to be and he is trying to exploit Peter to Sir Phillip until I found out he was a girl which really threw me off and that she was to marry Sir Phillip. This book is getting better and better as i read on. The gaps between the boring parts are getting shorter. I was surprised when they met Shakespeare. It was really cool and I hope we see much more of him and hopefully they do one of his plays. I don't really love Shakespeare but I think when the times come and we start learning Shakespeare it will probably bring up my mark because I think I am able to find the meaning and am able too pick it apart. I really liked it and can't wait to keep reading on.

Cue for Treason Chapter#1-5

            So far I think the book is going to be good. My mom had read it and told me it was a good book. I'm guessing this book has been around for a long time and has been a big hit. I had no clue how theater worked back in the day and it surprised me. The story started off with action right away which I really like. After it started to slow down while he was running away which I didn't really like. It keeps having a really action filled part and then it is boring for a bit and keeps me reading for the next action filled part. I think Peter is going to turn out to be a good character later on in the book but i think there are going to be a lot of characters and I can't keep track of them most of the time. I find it very bad that a land that belongs to someone can be just taken over by some rich person all of the sudden and can just all himself SIR Phillip Morton. Good thing times have changed so people can't do that anymore. I cant wait to read and find out who the person with the knife is.

Book Blog #8

             This has been one of my most favourite books. It was very inspiration and had a mysterytwist in it. I had a big message in it but it didnt make it a boring book. It was a great read always making me want to read more. I would recommend this to everyone because it was such a great book.

              This book is amazing. The way you can get a crowd to join you is crazy. this book is a meaningful book with a message. It shows how one person can make a big impact or change. Its a very inspirational book. Only a few more pages until the end.

                 I think Im at the climax of the book because it is getting very intense. Its not that close to the end of the book though so I have no idea how its going to end. I hope its a really good ending and dosent just end abruptly.

             This book is very good. The whole story is changing. Everyone is a against them and it is a great story. I love the whole story line. This is one of my favourite books. I think this has been my favourite section. I cant wait to read on and find out what happens.

             I love this book. Its getting better and bolder. Its a very good book. Its sarting to funny also. I cant wait to keep on reading and see what the book throws at me next. This is one of very few books I like. Its very mysteryious but its not a mystery book and its also very funny.

            This story is getting very interesting. Its not a mystery anymore. The whloe story has flipped over and now you know what the mystery is but half the people in the stroy dont. I am starting to really like this book and im so wanting to read for hours on end.

          This book is turning out better than I thought. The more I read the better it gets. Its still a mystery though and its being close to solved. So much has happened in the last 40 pages or so. The story is starting to flip around. Its quite a weird book but i cant wait to keep reading.

Book Blog #1

         I am reading the book Hoot. It has been very boring from the begining but all books are like that so im going to continue reading. I think this book is going to turn out to be a mystery. It has all the clues of a mystery but its started so early that there is no way its going to last the whole book. Im curious about it and so anxious to read on.

#6 Marathon of Hope

       Today we watched a film about Terry Fox called Into the Wind by Steve Nash. It was all about Terry's journey. This would be a great canidiate for a quest pattern chart. Growing up would be a normal life until he would have his call to adventure, geting cancer. The journey would be him, of course, running across Canada. Finally the triumphs and rewards would be all the money raised for cancer research. So it waould be a great quest pattern chart.

#5 Operation Survival

      This was a really cool story. I love storys that decieve me. I guessed that it was a turtle when it said he had armor and when things came out of the sky and attacked them. This is my favourite story yet. Hope we read more like this.

#4 Persues Monomyth

             We read a story on the monomyth of Persues. We then had to make a quest pattern chart. I think my group did a great job on it. I dont think I would ever do this again but I would change the creativity level. It was a straight forward info sheet and I think he wanted us to make it creative.

#3 The Homing Coffin

        The Homing Coffin was a pretty cool story. I think it is just a coincident that he floated all the way back to NewfoundLand. I think this story is true but it had nothing to do with him wanting to get home. I really like storys that are big coincidents. I hope we read some more storys like this.

#2 Mella

Today we read the monomyth named mella. It is about a girl whos father is dying and she needs to find a sacred healer. I found this story fairly good but i think are better monomyths out there. Hope we read more monomyths.

Today is the last day of the first week of school. My classes are all at opposite sides of the school so i have to go straight to my classes and have no free time inbetween classes. I have music, english, french, and math. All my teachers are great, but, Mr. McGuchan is the best. Today we listened to the Barenaked Ladies-=Grade 9. The song was pretty good. It was about the first year of high school.
